Please note: I try to be consistent about showcasing examples of my work and many of the firearms here are my personal firearms. Time permitting, I am working on getting better photos of my work.
This 1911 started out as a rock island armory 1911. it has been customized with: match grade sear, Wilson combat springs, Wilson combat trigger, pachmayr rubber gripe, STI stainless steel (high polish) beaver-tail grip saftey, Wilson combat compensator, and fiber optic rear sight and custom cut acrylic front sight (not visible.) this gun is fun to shoot at indoor ranges and is "point and click" in its accuracy.
this is a restored dickson special agent/liberty arms corp/ Mab Echazsa. it has a glossy cerakote finish and a high polish nickel plated slide.
this is a customized ruger LC9 (pre-list fall off). it has an rtk anodized short stroke II trigger and galloway precision trigger bar installed. it also has a viridian green laser sight (not shown.) due to the trigger pull/finger length, it's not made for people with large hands or fingers even with the trigger pull reduction parts.
this is a 1897 Oviedo armory spanish mauser restoration. the barrel has been reblued using Blue Wonder gun black, a broken ejector/bolt release lever has been replaced, the bolt has been polished using a high polish technique and the stock has been custom refinished using a torch to bring out the grain.
This rifle started out life as a ruger 10/22 with a custom ruger engraved logo altimont takedown stock. it has been upgraded with an altimont paladin takedown stock, and is an ongoing project which will include a scope, and upgrades to the bolt and magazine release in addition to an alternate barrel setup.
This is a pre-refinish picture of a Smith and Wesson 32 safety hammerless "lemon squeezer." when it came into the shop, the cylinder was locked up and the firearm had a bit of rust present.
This is a post-refinish picture of the previous S&W lemon squeezer. the rust was removed, internals cleaned, and lubricated with a dry lube, and the polish was restored. grips were also lightly polished / refreshed.
This is a custom 450 bushmaster made CA compliant with a thordsen stock, and pinned muzzle brake. it is shown here with a bushnell acog style scope and a GGG heavy duty bipod. The magazine can hold 8 rounds but functions better using 7.
This is the first rifle I ever customized. It started out as a Mossberg ATR 100, to which I fitted a McRee precision stock to, as well as a 308 muzzle brake to. it is shown here equipped with a GGG heavy duty bipod, an accushot monopod, a V-tac sling as well as a bushnell 10-40 fixed magnification tactical mil-dot scope. it's bore has been treated with bp2000 molybdenum powder as well as smoothkote dry lube as outlined in "ultimate sniper" by john plaster. this rifle is sub-moa @ 100yds
